Sophisticated production processes for
elaborate products: Link processing technologies

We provide solutions for each cable and each wiring harness you require. Thanks to our comprehensive, modern machinery with fully automated machines and small machines by Komax, Schleuniger and Zoller+Fröhlich plus 500 high-value crimping tools, we are able to produce very small and very large batch sizes quickly and efficiently. Link production processes are subject to consistent quality control, for example by automated crimping force monitoring systems.

Processing technologies at a glance

  • Cut to length, stripping and marking
  • Removing insulation
  • Twisting and tinning
  • Crimping (exclusively on fully and semi-automated machines)
  • Embossing
  • Stripper-crimper
  • Soldering, shrinking, tying, wrapping
  • Insulation displacement connector (IDC)
  • Hotmelt, two-components grouting, injection moulding (cable overmold)
  • Seal mounting
  • Pad printing
  • Thermal transfer printing
  • Inkjet printing/marking
  • Bandaging of stranded wire
  • Flat cable processing
  • Manual/induction soldering (according to IPC-J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, WHMA-A-620)
  • Manufacture of “small” switch cabinets/terminal boxes (max. 50 x 50 x 30 cm)
  • Insulated conductor sleeves up to 10 mm² on fully or semi-automated machines
  • In general, we process diameters from 0.05 mm² up to 150 mm²
